Samrat Ray Chakraborty is an award winning independent filmmaker, screenwriter, producer and advertising expert from a very small town at Nadia District of Eastern India. Chakraborty has done masters in Theatre Arts from RBU Kolkata. He has been named as a National Scholar by Ministry of Culture, Government of India. His films have been screened many prestigious film festivals at home and abroad.
